Terms and Conditions for StoryTelling Workshop by Maadya Creatives

1. Introduction Welcome to Maadya Creatives’ Storytelling Workshop. These terms and conditions govern your participation in our workshop. By enrolling in or attending our workshop, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Payment

• Registration for the workshop is completed upon submission of the registration form and payment of the workshop fee.
• Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the workshop unless otherwise agreed upon with Maadya Creatives.

3. Workshop Content

• The workshop content, including materials, exercises, and presentations, is the intellectual property of Maadya Creatives and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior consent.
• Participants may use the workshop content solely for personal or educational purposes and may not use it for commercial gain without permission.

4. Conduct

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the workshop.
• Any disruptive behavior or harassment towards instructors or other participants will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the workshop without a refund.

5. Cancellation and Refund policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Maadya Creatives.
• Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
  • Requests received 7 days before the workshop start date: 100% refund
  • Requests received after 2 days before the workshop start date: No refund
• Maadya Creatives reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop for any reason. In such cases, registered participants will be notified, and refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered.

6. Liability

• Maadya Creatives is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by participants during the workshop.
• Participants are responsible for their well-being and should notify workshop staff of any health concerns or limitations prior to participating in physical activities.

7. Photography and Recording

• Maadya Creatives may take photographs or recordings during the workshop for promotional or educational purposes.
• Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should notify workshop staff in advance.

8. Confidentiality

• Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the workshop, including but not limited to other participants’ personal stories or workshop materials.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vijayawada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vijayawada.
